Beneath the vibrant energy of the Pacific Northwest, we gather in the spirit of shared wisdom and collective renewal— honoring the roots that hold us and the imagination that allows us to reach towards new horizons.
From August 10–13, 2026, a diverse network of scholars, practitioners, editors, advocates, and cultural workers will gather in Seattle, Washington for The 2026 Hub Convening.
This four-day gathering brings together a collaborative community committed to strengthening collective action and transforming the existing culture and practices of health science knowledge production towards greater inclusivity, equity, and justice.
Through dialogue, site visits, collaborative experimentation, and decolonial dreaming, we will explore how we can work together to advance more equitable, just, and transformative approaches to scholarship and knowledge sharing.
Together, we'll learn from institutions and communities shaping Seattle's living commitment to health equity and justice, ideate on strategies for disseminating published health science to communities, draw on collective wisdom, and imagine futures where democratic scholarship truly reflects and uplifts the diverse communities it is meant to serve.
